About

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to be here.

I hold dual Master’s degrees in Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and bring years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide spectrum of needs. My clinical background includes extensive work in infidelity, substance use and addiction, grief and loss, and childhood trauma.

In addition to my clinical work, I also serve as a Professor of Educational Psychology at Pepperdine University. This dual role allows me to stay connected with the latest research while integrating academic insight and hands-on therapeutic practice. It enables me to bring a thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate perspective to the therapeutic space.

As an immigrant and a parent, I understand firsthand the layered realities of navigating identity, cultural transitions, and the complexities of family life. These experiences shape my approach as a therapist: warm, relational, culturally attuned, and grounded in empathy and trust. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings—from elementary schools to residential treatment facilities—supporting individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many ways people grow, struggle, and heal at different stages of life.

Whether you’re navigating a personal crisis, going through a difficult season, healing from past wounds, or seeking clarity and connection, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, care, and clinical expertise.
